Brief

NSW Department of Industry seeks to position New South Wales as the prime destination for foreign businesses looking to build an APAC HQ. Existing digital presence was dated and didn’t speak of the state’s strong value proposition as Australia’s financial and business capital featuring a dynamic and agile commercial eco-system.

I was tasked with project managing the redesign and redevelopment of a whole new microsite for Invest NSW including adherance to new brand guidelines, content development (written, photo and video), stakeholder management for input and approvals and final “go-live” launch.

Worked with internal stakeholders to scope internal requirements

Socialised end outcomes to external company stakeholders and internal executives for approval

Achievements

Website approved and launched, on time and on budget in anticipation for campaign launch in late 2019.
