Graduate Recruitment Campaign
ROLE
Employer Brand Specialist
Executing Telstra’s employment brand and marketing strategy in order to achieve recruitment objectives in line with their evolution into a hybrid telco and tech company.
Responsible for:
- Auditing Telstra careers website UX and content (through Google Analytics data) for optimal EVP, benefits, D&I, early careers messaging to assist in promotion of career opportunities to attract and acquire the best talent in the marketplace to achieve Telstra’s recruitment objectives
- Content planning and creation (videography and ghost writing blog content/case studies) including brief development, talent management, vendor liaison, blog writing, business line approvals
- Working with CHEP creative agency to redevelop employer brand guidelines (to match Telstra Brand Guidelines v3.1), employment brand identity and EVP messages in preparation for website refresh
- Working with digital transformation team to develop risk and Candidate impact assessment and communications plan to support Workday software implementation on recruitment website
- Social media community management and paid audience targeting researching and campaign creation (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)
- Lead acquisition campaign management targeting Early Careers and Critical Advantage Talent (CATs) leveraging paid social media management, email marketing, landing page development, partnership management (University of Melbourne)
