Me
Brief
As My Emergency Doctor’s first Marketing Manager, I sought to bring consistency and professional design standards to all of the company’s existing collateral and introduce brand guidelines to the organisation for future communication touch points.
Components
- Brand Guidelines
- Clinical Onboarding collateral suite- ‘How to download the app’, ‘How to make a call on the app’
- B2C collateral suite – A3 posters, 4pp pamphlets
- New website
Approach
- Audited all existing digital assets, collateral and print requirements
- Procured graphic designer
- Briefed graphic designer
- Art directed and project managed initial image library, brand guidelines and ad/collateral concepts
- Socialised end documents to internal executives for approval
- Managed internal communications for brand refresh launch including email communications and branding workshops for individual teams
- Developed Brand Hub to host brand assets for internal teams to access/request
As part of this brand refresh, there was a need for a brand new website to demonstrate inclusiveness of the business pivot to B2B business model. I project managed this digital development project which is showcased in a separate case study in my portfolio.
Achievements
Brand guidelines and Brand Hub approved and launched internally via email and company workshop, on time and on budget in February 2020. Templates for print collateral established by March 2020 and new website launched in August 2020.
